Cross Border Seller Management Analyst

Job Description
Your team : Support our Global IT Service Desk/User Support team by performing the activities associated with ticket lifecycle management.
Your mission :
- Drive the major incident management process lifecycle as defined. Work towards faster resolution of critical incidents by coordinating resolver teams as a task force and facilitating engagement via bridge calls.
- Ensure activities within a process are performed at a high level of quality and meet the associated Service Level Agreements (SLA) or Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
- Determine if a major incident needs to be escalated according to priority and severity.
- Ensure all tickets are properly assigned to their respective support groups.
- Ensure major incidents assigned to support groups are resolved and service is restored.
- Monitor upcoming and existing tickets through Jira.
- Represent Corporate-IT toward the user community by providing friendly, professional, and swift support.
- Perform other duties related to core IT Operations Processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Event Management.
Qualifications :
What you need :
- Successfully completed IT education or comparable qualification.
- Practical experience with the ITIL service lifecycle framework, specifically Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Management role.
- Experience working as part of a global team across multiple countries and time zones.
- Strong planning, organizing, time and priority management skills; ability to manage multiple streams of work.
- Experience in continual service improvement projects.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like Jira, etc.

Job Description
Job Background/Context : The Information Services Group (ISG) provides authoritative reference data to clients across Institutional Client Services (ICG). ISG deploys solutions to increase competitiveness by restructuring processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical data. The Account Control unit opens and maintains customer sub-accounts, screens reference data, and ensures client details and settlement instructions are up to date across systems. The team collaborates with Sales, Middle Office, KYC, ICRM/AML, and Accounts Control in Buffalo, Belfast, and Poland to ensure a globally consistent model. Before trading, the team verifies client details from regulatory and control perspectives for Institutional Client Accounts in Equities, Fixed Income, and Foreign Exchange.
Key Responsibilities : The role supports the Manila Accounts Control Group, focusing on Sanctions Screening. Responsibilities include:
- Follow documented processes and Citi policies correctly.
- Deliver within the SLA for Sanctions Screening and align targets with timelines.
- Perform independent reviews and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate with global/regional ICRM and AML teams on screening reviews.

- Understanding of Citi policies and ability to identify weaknesses.
- Familiarity with XMC (SAP Business Objects) and reporting is a plus.

Qualifications :
- Business-related degree advantageous but not essential with extensive in-situ experience.
- Capital markets product knowledge useful.
- Experience working to deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel is a plus.
