Responsibilities: Provide ecommerce operations support for Amazon listings; manage customer interactions; ensure accurate product information; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using multiple web browsers, apps, window navigation, and instant messenger tools simultaneously
  • Operates under self-direction; uses training documentation to resolve resources
  • Superior written and oral communications
  • Experience prioritizing tasks and time management for efficiency
  • Demonstrates integrity and a track record of earning a customer’s trust
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Up to Php45,000.00 per month

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years completed of college with 3yrs BPO / Professional experience / 1 year working experience in ecommerce
  • Average to exceptional English communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical use of data
  • Knowledge in PPC, SEO
  • Experience in ecommerce platforms is a must
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work methodically and follow a process

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
