Overview

We are looking for a Sales Administrative Specialist to join Garmin Philippines' Sales Administration Team and support our continued growth. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for order and delivery fulfillment while working in a dynamic multinational environment. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, highly efficient, and able to thrive under tight deadlines. If you possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we'd love to meet you. Ultimately, we are seeking someone who can contribute to outstanding customer service and help us achieve our sales targets.

Note: This is a Sales Administration role, not a Sales Representative position. Applicants seeking a Sales Representative role will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing and delivery fulfillment with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to help meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Track accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection
  • Handle marketing rebate and sales target rebate processes
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales Administration role (not in a Sales Representative capacity)
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree or higher
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Personal Attributes: Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; A reliable team player with a high level of dedication
  • Language Proficiency: Native-level English proficiency is required; Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
