The Sales Operations Specialist (HYBRID, NIGHT SHIFT) will be responsible for ensuring that sales-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Willing to work in a HYBRID & NIGHT SHIFT set-up. Healthcare experience REQUIRED (BPO, Pharmeceutical, RCMn etc.) At least 3 years of experience as Sales Operations Specialist. Experience with market research and has contributed to development of sales playbook. Manage difficult or emotional client situations; Respond promptly to client needs; Solicit client feedback to improve service. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in marketing, commerce, business administration, or healthcare. Proficiency in MS Office / Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating aspects of the sales process. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner. Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Conducting research on potential clients and competitors, and providing insights to the sales team to help them develop effective sales strategies. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date so that sales reports and dashboards track performance accurately. Assisting sales and marketing with sales presentations and materials preparation. Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records.
