We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team with day-to-day order processing, customer communication, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in working with cutting-edge technologies like 3D printers, CNC machines, and digital manufacturing tools. You will act as a key link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

  • Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review purchase orders and sales orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the admin team and warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
  • Update order status in systems and communicate changes with customers.
  • Handle basic customer concerns and escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Collaborate with admin, sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support internal communication between departments to resolve customer or order issues quickly.
  • Follow up on pending orders, backorders, or delayed shipments.

Qualifications (examples across listings)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, order entry, or administrative role is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and willing to learn CRM or ERP systems.
  • Interest in or basic understanding of 3D printing and digital manufacturing technologies is a plus.
