Overview Site & Distribution Manager – IFF, Manila, Philippines (onsite). This role focuses on excellence in execution—from procurement to supply chain and reliability—delivering quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability across the value chain. Where You’ll Make a Difference Plan, organize, and monitor shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure efficient use of employees and equipment. Support the goal of delivering the right product, at the right place, time, quality, and cost. Supervise warehouse personnel in the shipping of finished products to warehouses or customers. Ensure accurate documentation such as bills of lading, customer codes, and labels. Apply knowledge of chemical and physical characteristics of inbound materials to optimize receiving, storage, and transfer activities for maximum space utilization. Ensure accurate receipt and documentation of raw materials, packaging, and supplies. Manage appropriate disposition of goods. Maintain accurate inventories of finished products and intermediates through periodic counts and timely data entry. Develop and implement corrective actions for inventory variances. Understand shipping, storage, and handling requirements for major product groups. Plan and coordinate finished goods shipments, ensuring FIFO policies are followed. Use automated inventory systems to document and process all physical movements of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Coordinate order entry, transportation, and warehouse schedules to meet customer delivery expectations. Use system tools to plan orders, generate reports, and fulfill specifications. Monitor delivery performance (e.g., oFlow), review 3PL activities, monthly inventory, and invoice accuracy. Track complaints via SFDC, ensure satisfactory corrective actions, and identify trends. Develop annual budgets and manage expenses within set guidelines. What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor Degree in Logistics, supply management or operations management. At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution or continuous processing environment. Experience in warehouse procedures in a food or pharmaceutical environment. Ability to lead a team.
