Job Description As a System Presales and Pricing Specialist, you will support the Systems Sales team by developing accurate hardware maintenance solutions and pricing strategies. You’ll review customer requests, audit device configurations, and deliver pricing outputs that align with global standards, ensuring every deal meets quality and compliance benchmarks. Review device schedule inputs and associated files; request additional clarification as required. Use the nominated Pricing Tool to produce pricing outputs within the following service levels: Within 2 business hours for small deals (20 devices) Within 4 hours for medium deals (21‑100 devices) Within 8 business hours for large deals (101‑500 devices) Within 2 business days for complex deals (> 500 devices) that may require Excel-based Pricing Models Maintain a detailed understanding of Interactive's support options and chargeable technology types. Work on systems support solutions for quick‑quotes and small to medium sales opportunities. Enter new products and part numbers into the Dynamics-based ERP system. Outcomes Review customer communications and supplied documents to develop device schedules and hardware maintenance solutions. Review each Device Schedule requiring pricing. Some schedules will be accompanied by associated files such as quotes for 3rd party pricing that must also be incorporated. Immediately flag any concerns. Use the Pricing Tool, to produce pricing outputs, for standard deals. Build a Pricing Model (in Excel), to produce pricing outputs, for complex deals where appropriate. Create parts order forms incorporating parts and devices to support customer hardware. Create new part entries within our Dynamics-based ERP, in accordance with an agreed naming convention.
