Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives and best practices. Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform, including Community expansion. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure design patterns are maintained. Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks. Support and maintain key platform integrations including Celigo, Heroku, etc. Provide ongoing internal and external support for live applications. Recommend new practices for design, delivery, and release management. Serve as the subject matter expert of the Salesforce app development environment (managing organizations, app package versions, etc.).
