Job Description As a US Tax Specialist, you will oversee day‑to‑day tax functions, prepare and review returns for various entities, support R&D credits, manage tax calendars, and enhance overall systems and workflows. Initiate and present effective tax planning strategies for diverse companies, founders, and high‑net‑worth individuals. Stay up‑to‑date with tax codes and ensure full compliance with federal and state tax laws. Handle preparation and review of tax returns with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Manage R&D tax credit documentation and support requirements. Maintain and improve internal tax tools and processes for greater operational efficiency.
