Job Description As a Lock Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of rate lock processes, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines, and providing support to originators and internal teams. You'll manage pricing updates, rate confirmations, and reconciliation tasks with precision and professionalism. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used at your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a lock desk, pricing, or secondary marketing role Working knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate sheets, and investor guidelines Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and LOS system (e.g., Meridianlink Mortgage, Encompass, Optimal Blue, or similar) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of secondary market concepts Your Daily Tasks Update front-end and back-end rate lock information in LOS Reconcile purchase advice once a file is purchased Process and confirm rate lock requests, changes, and extensions accurately and timely Monitor daily pricing and assist with distributing rate sheets to internal teams Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and internal lock policies Provide support to loan originators regarding pricing scenarios and lock policies Track lock expirations and assist with pipeline management reporting Coordinate with secondary marketing and capital markets teams to resolve pricing/lock issues Maintain detailed and accurate records of lock activity Respond promptly to lock desk inquiries via email and phone Welcome to Emapta Philippines Join a team that values camaraderie, excellence, and growth.
