Review and respond promptly to online applications. Conduct phone interviews and screen candidates to determine suitability for branch requirements. Shortlist CVs according to job requirements, ensuring they meet the highest standards and reflect client expectations. Complete thorough assessments of employee suitability by following the recruitment process, including document completion, detailed reference checks, inductions, fitness‑for‑work, and work‑right verification. Customer Service Respond promptly to correspondence. Maintain professional and effective communication at all times. Demonstrate a proactive and solution‑focused approach to challenges. Talent Pool Build and maintain talent pools to support operational requirements. Search in-house databases, create hot lists, and keep high‑quality declined candidates engaged for future opportunities. Maintain ready pipelines of candidates for upcoming branch requirements. Database Administration Update and maintain accurate candidate records. Document detailed phone screen and interaction notes. Shortlist and manage CVs in line with job requirements and branch requests. Review, shortlist, and act on candidate applications. Enter and update candidate compliance data accurately.
