Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrative Assistant , where you will be pivotal in supporting our daily operations and facilitating effective communication across various departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and administrative functions as requested.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Must have prior experience in U.S. healthcare (REQUIRED).
  • Familiarity with office management software and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in administration is a plus.
Schedule & Location

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm EST. Onsite at JY Square Cebu.
