Overview

Role: Executive Assistant (00325) for Hunt St client. This position is for Philippines-based candidates and is remote. The work schedule is expected to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Compensation: up to 1,400 AUD / Month. Base pay range listed: A$1,200.00/yr - A$1,400.00/yr. Job location and employment model are explained by Hunt St; this is not an outsourcing agency and all roles are 100% remote.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. All roles are 100% remote.

Who The Client Is: A Melbourne-based design & build firm with over 25 years of experience in luxury home renovations, extensions, custom builds and outdoor living spaces. They operate in prestigious suburbs around Melbourne including Bayside, Stonnington, Glen Eira and surrounding areas. Their approach emphasizes clarity, transparency, high-quality craftsmanship, and strong client communication.

Role Overview

The client seeks a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The role will manage the executive's inbox, calendar, and invoices, while ensuring streamlined business processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses and flagging important communications
  • Maintain and coordinate an efficient calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation
  • Organize and maintain business processes, ensuring workflows are documented and followed
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with invoice preparation and basic financial administration
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
