Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our growing team. The Sales and Marketing Associate will help promote HHead Tech’s wide range of IT services, security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, etc.), and custom software offerings. This role includes lead generation, client coordination, online marketing, and participating in proposals and presentations. What You’ll Do Generate leads through digital channels, partnerships, cold outreach, and events. Conduct initial client meetings (online or onsite). Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow‑ups. Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking. Assist in content creation and marketing campaigns (social media, email). Research and identify industry trends and opportunities. Represent the company in client meetings, expos, and events. Coordinate with the technical team for project hand‑offs or technical clarifications. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing. Knowledge in Canva, CapCut, or CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to do fieldwork when needed. Must be proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented.
