Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights. Manage content creation for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites. Essential digital marketing skills include social media management and email marketing. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams (billings, creative, & events) and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution. Lead or assist in budget planning and management for marketing initiatives. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools or technologies.
