We’re expanding in the APAC region , especially Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong , and are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to help us grow. Role Overview As an APAC Sales & Recruitment Associate , you’ll help scale TutorChase’s presence across the region through a mix of sales, client management, and tutor recruitment . You’ll work directly with parents and students to convert leads into clients and ensure they’re matched with excellent tutors. This is a remote, full-time role (around 40 hours per week). You’ll work mainly during your local business hours but join occasional meetings outside those times to coordinate with our UK team. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls and follow up on warm leads to close new clients Sell tutoring packages and manage ongoing client relationships Match students with suitable tutors and ensure client satisfaction Review tutor applications, conduct interviews, and onboard new tutors Build and maintain a strong tutor network across the region Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Proven sales experience and confidence communicating with Western clients Proactive, independent, and results-driven with strong organisational skills Positive energy and adaptability in a fast-growing, international team Compensation & Details Salary: $2,000 USD/month Contract: Full-time, remote Schedule: 40 hours/week, flexible but aligned with regional hours Start date: As soon as possible Probation: Short trial period to assess fit and performance Hiring Process Submit a 1–2 minute video introducing yourself and your experience 2–3 video interviews with our team Offer and onboarding upon successful completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
