As a Part-Time Account Executive at Business Marketing Engine (BME), you will be a key driver of new business and client growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who is comfortable with a high volume of activity and a "get it done" mindset. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from relationship-building to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is driven to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear path to a full-time position for top performers. Responsibilities Business Development: Actively generate new business by proactively pursuing qualified prospects through a high volume of cold calls, email, and social media outreach. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough research on prospects to identify their specific business challenges and strategically position BME's services as the solution. Sales Execution: Lead all sales conversations and presentations, effectively pitching BME's core offers to a high conversion rate of qualified leads into paying clients. Negotiation & Closing: Take ownership of the sales process to successfully negotiate and close new deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Account Growth: Proactively identify and recommend additional services to current clients to maximize their long-term success and BME's account value. Collaboration: Work with internal marketing and operations teams, providing valuable feedback from the market to help refine strategies and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a documented history of successfully prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. Sales Skills: Proficiency in cold-calling, conducting sales conversations, and delivering compelling virtual presentations. Mindset: A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a resilient, competitive, and results-driven attitude. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of effective sales strategies. Bonus points if you have experience in digital marketing sales. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
