I. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF JOB:

You will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects to ensure they meet the company's high standards of quality, security, and timeliness. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to project objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of project management within the cybersecurity domain.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Project Manager in planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor daily operations of assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, including Technical and Sales Department, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and leading meetings, such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for smaller tasks or sub-projects, ensuring Management team are informed of progress and any potential risks.
  • Gather requirements from clients, documenting and communicating them effectively to the team.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues to senior management.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategies to address risks proactively.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Open for fresh graduates.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practice is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity framework is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Amenable to work in Marikina City.
