Primary Objective of Position

The Policy Issuance & Process Enhancement Officer's role is to ensure proper management of the overall performance of policy issuance and process enhancement department and its corresponding sections in achieving operational excellence in terms of issuances, deliveries of policies and implementation of kaizen initiatives in the department's pipeline of activities.

Accountabilities

• Create strategic plan to have cost-efficient processes and evaluate the savings in cost that will result to actual or lesser GAE consumption.
• Implement new processes that will impact customer satisfaction and user experience.
• Evaluate and recommend process enhancement ideas that will have impact to high satisfaction of sales division and customer in general to improve turn-around time at 91%.
• Manage supplies by reviewing SLAs on a regular basis, drafting revisions, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure compliance with the service level agreements.
• Ensure that the policies, regulations, and guidelines related to handling of policy issuance are complied with at all times.
• Approve leave availments of staff.
• Ensure compliance to agreed TAT of policy issuance processing.
• Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or any related course
• 5-10 years of experience related to the role.
• Knowledge in advance MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint (Computer literate)
