Overview The Project Manager ensures successful delivery of IT network projects by combining technical expertise, project management, and client focus. Responsibilities include guiding project scope, communication, and quality control to meet client needs efficiently. Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manages scope, risks, and quality assurance across all projects. Facilitates meetings with client engineering teams, regional technology managers, and facility managers where risks are identified and properly managed. Team Coordination: Briefs technicians, leads meetings with clients and internal teams, and ensures work aligns with scope. Financial Management: Handles billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial analysis (profitability, margins, utilization). Communication: Acts as a key liaison in meetings, communicates effectively across teams, and addresses issues promptly. Technical Knowledge: Familiar with network routing/switching, copper and fiber infrastructure, and stays updated on networking technologies. Work Setup / Schedule: Hybrid (3x days onsite a week) and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) work schedule. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Coordination; experience with banks or IT managed services is highly encouraged Familiarity with network routing and switch environments and other relevant networking technology areas Familiarity with copper and fiber infrastructure Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, QuickBase) Exceptional leadership skills and capacity to develop and innovate teams Strong client relationship building skills and ability to anticipate business needs Mentoring and supporting team members Ability to identify internal improvement opportunities and enforce standards Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience PMP, Prince2, ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, CCNP/CCDP certifications (preferred) Strong written, verbal, and internal communication skills Work setup Hybrid (3x days onsite a week) Shifting and following Eastern Standard Time (EST) work schedule What we offer Day 1 HMO + 1 Free dependent Health and Wellness Reimbursement Benefits Sunlife Group Insurance Company Salary Loans Government contributions Assistance with government loan payments 13th month pay Night differentials pay Holiday pay (for hours worked on holidays) Mandated Leaves Work equipment provided New Era Technology, Inc., and its subsidiaries ("New Era"), are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
