Overview

Growth Marketing Manager, New Businesses role at GCash. The Growth Marketing Team for New Businesses leads consumer marketing programs for the Insurance, Wealth Management and Sustainability products of GCash, driving growth, usage, and adoption of GCash’s portfolio.

The Role

You will report to the Growth Marketing Senior Manager, Insurance in a hybrid work arrangement. As a key member of the New Business Growth Marketing team, you will develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and user adoption for GInsure’s Marketplace. You will execute high-impact, results-driven campaigns grounded in data and consumer insight to drive brand awareness, consumer demand, enhance brand loyalty, and deepen our connection with GCash users. You will collaborate with marketing teams, and commercial and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Drive go-to-market product and campaign launches by owning audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communication plans, delivering campaigns with a bias for growth and business impact.
  • Develop research plans to uncover customer insights, steer product and marketing roadmaps, and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage partnerships with external partners and develop joint marketing activities and co-marketing plans.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create actionable recommendations and plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets to meet ROI benchmarks and ensure timely budget accruals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in fast-paced companies
  • Customer-obsessed with ability to identify needs and effectively share brand messaging
  • Strong data and analytical skills with experience in data-led decision making
  • Bias toward action, collaborative, and ability to simplify and deliver
  • Detailed, organized self-starter who thrives in challenging environments
  • Willingness to deeply understand market, customers, and competition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executive leadership
  • Good relationship management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
