The Employee Relations Specialist for the Tenet HR Employee Relations group conducts investigations related to alleged discrimination, harassment, or retaliation under the guidance of a Sr ER Specialist, consistent with Company protocol and in a timely fashion. The ER Specialist will identify investigation issues, potential evidence and sources, determine findings, and prepare all associated documentation. This is an essential element of the employee relations service level agreements (SLA) for Tenet Healthcare and affiliated organizations.

Description of Responsibilities
  • Identify investigation issues, potential evidence and sources, and investigative actions
  • Plan, schedule and conduct effective interviews of complainants, subjects and witnesses
  • Gather and review relevant evidence and records
  • Create professional, well-drafted investigation records, including investigation plans and investigation summaries
  • Report investigation findings to HR colleagues and business leaders in a clear, concise manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues
  • All other projects as assigned
Working Conditions
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule
