Overview The Employee Relations Specialist role at Tenet Healthcare within the Tenet HR Employee Relations group conducts investigations related to alleged discrimination, harassment, or retaliation under the guidance of a Sr ER Specialist, consistent with Company protocol and in a timely fashion. The ER Specialist identifies investigation issues, potential evidence and sources, determines findings, and prepares all associated documentation. This is an essential element of the employee relations service level agreements (SLA) for Tenet Healthcare and affiliated organizations. Responsibilities Identify investigation issues, potential evidence and sources, and investigative actions Plan, schedule and conduct effective interviews of complainants, subjects and witnesses Gather and review relevant evidence and records Create professional, well-drafted investigation records, including investigation plans and investigation summaries Report investigation findings to HR colleagues and business leaders in a clear, concise manner Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues All other projects as assigned Working Conditions Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig Willing to work in a night shift schedule Company Benefits HMO with FREE 2 dependents Annual Performance Bonus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal, Human Resources, and Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
