Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting a culture of respect, fairness, and engagement. This role plays a key part in resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and advising management and staff on HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across the organization. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Conduct prompt, thorough, and fair workplace investigations in response to employee complaints and concerns. Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve employee issues in a manner that aligns with company values and compliance standards. Maintain and update records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes. Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive strategies that improve employee engagement and reduce turnover. Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring legal compliance and consistency. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs on employee relations topics such as harassment, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to ensure company policies are aligned with employment laws and best practices. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or generalist HR roles. Experience conducting investigations and handling employee complaints. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations (local, state, and federal). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
