The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This role ensures that salary structures, incentive schemes, and employee benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s goals and HR strategies. Key Responsibilities Design, review, and manage the company’s compensation structure, salary scale, and benefits programs. Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage government‑mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and coordinate with relevant agencies. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, incentives, allowances, and rewards programs. Evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits policies. Provide analytical reports and insights to management on compensation trends, costs, and budgeting. Support performance management and reward systems linked to employee performance and business goals. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding employee compensation. Lead or participate in HR projects related to total rewards, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and payroll systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in HRIS or payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems). High attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
