The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant - Amazon Specialist to join our client\'s team. This full-time, remote role is crucial as they expand their product catalog and operations on Amazon. You will be the go-to person for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Amazon Product Listing Management:
- Take ownership of uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
- Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon\'s guidelines and brand standards.
- Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
- Amazon Account Support:
- Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- General Administrative Support:
- Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
- Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central is required.
- Familiarity with Amazon\'s product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
