Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for packaging and processing machinery (fillers, sealers, cappers, mixers, labeling machines, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, food & beverage companies, pharmaceutical firms, and other industrial clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits to showcase machine capabilities.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding targets through strategic selling.
Technical Consultation & Support
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the best packaging and processing solutions for their industry.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring proper machine selection and integration.
  • Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate service support when needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.

And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years B2B Sales experience
  • Required experience in technical sales
  • Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Comfortable speaking with people across all levels — from frontline staff to decision-makers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with clients, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
