Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing the execution of the contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities- Draft letter of Award (LOA), Notice to Proceed and Contract between two parties.
- Review and ensure that contract terms of reference for the project are complete
- Review agreed terms and conditions and attend pre-implementation sessions with process owners, contractors, consultants and service providers
- Review and finalize Operations Agreements as necessary
- Review and evaluate contract compliance of the contractor
- Review, approve, and resolve contracts administration-related issues
- Education: Graduate of any 4-year business, engineering and any related course
- Experience: at least three (3) years' work experience in the related field
