Role Description

The Admin Facility Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring the smooth running of the site. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing equipment maintenance, coordinating facility management activities, and ensuring effective communication. This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain functionality and safety standards.



Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage staff
Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Facilities Operations
Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) practices
Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in facility management in the corporate or industrial sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
