Fully understand and integrate the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into the sales strategy and daily operations.

Business Development:
  1. Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive business mapping, networking, and analysis of industry trends and growth projections.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, particularly at mid-level and senior-level positions, to foster new business opportunities.
  3. Develop and present sales reports, forecasts, and projections to manager/head of department, providing insights into sales performance and future opportunities.
  4. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, utilizing tools like HubSpot to track progress and ensure consistent lead generation.
Stakeholder Management:

Manage and engage with stakeholders across various departments (Accounts, Operations, Project Management, Finance) to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless project execution.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  1. Forecast sales targets and growth projections, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals.
  2. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Operations, Project Management, and HR teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and ensure the sales team has the necessary support and resources.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by senior management to support the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:
  1. Have at least 3 years of working experience as Sales/Account in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.
  2. Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
  3. Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
  4. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  5. Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
  6. Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  7. Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
  8. Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
  9. Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
  10. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  11. Have a strong passion for startups.
  12. Based in Metro Manila.
  13. Able to start soon.
Work Environment:

All members have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but also will do co-working sessions 2 days a month. We are passionate about communication. In our office, we engage in virtual collaboration through MetaLife, a gamified virtual office platform.
