Sr. Influencer Marketing Operations Specialist

Main Job Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
  2. Influencer Campaign Management:
    1. Contribute ideas to the influencer campaigns.
    2. Conduct influencer research specific to the audience, content, and messaging fit for each campaign or pitch request.
    3. Manage and monitor influencer campaigns from start to finish.
    4. Communicate and establish a good working relationship with influencers.
    5. Coordinate with the team for promotional ideas specific to the campaign.
    6. Create a campaign performance report for evaluation and improvement.
  3. Community Management:
    1. Attend to community inquiries on PopStar social media.
    2. Coordinate with the team for ideas on how to improve the application.
Requirements:
  1. A degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Sales, PR, or Communications.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  3. Good to have: Experience in Influencer Marketing or Content Creator Relations.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Flexible, agile, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking tools.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  8. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  9. Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong passion for startups.
  12. Resides in Metro Manila area only.
Additional Information:

All members have the flexibility to work from anywhere but will also do co-working sessions 2 days a month. We engage in virtual collaboration through MetaLife, a gamified virtual office platform.

Flexible working hours, with a 9-hour workday inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break.

Daily stand-up meeting, weekly all-hands meeting, and monthly team-building activities.

All official regular and special non-working holidays are paid.

Eligible employees undergo a bi-annual performance appraisal, ensuring consistent evaluation and development opportunities.
