Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results). Understand basic design process: research, ideation, user journey. Collaborate and give advice to UI Designers, UX Engineers, and software engineers from a technical perspective during the initial product design process. Collaborate with Product Owners to understand product vision and align work tasks. Share ideas with Product Owners and the business team to solve user-related problems. Provide clear user flow and wireframes. Build prototypes and conduct usability testing to address user issues. Follow design system guidelines. Explore best practices to execute comprehensive documentation. Maintain a design backlog with the Product Development Team (UI/UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers). Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure the best design implementation. Proactively improve and develop new processes/systems with a balance between new trends and product requirements. Act as a Product Design Evangelist to create awareness about user-centered design and design thinking across multiple divisions. What You Need to Have? Min 2 years experience as a UX Designer or in similar roles. Excellent understanding of the design process and principles. A user-centered approach to design solutions. Good UX documentation skills: flow, wireframe, and prototype. Able to consider the whole picture while working through details. A portfolio of previous design projects is a must. Excellent understanding of the connection between research, prototyping, and wireframing throughout the design process. Demonstrate the ability to use UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, etc. Up-to-date knowledge of UX trends. Ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams or stakeholders. Experience conducting in-person user tests to observe behavior and extract insights into wireframes and better flows. Experience in presentation and mentoring is required. Define the baseline for an ideal workflow. Be an integral part of product management and business strategy. Able to conduct design sprints. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Strong passion for startups. Familiarity with Lark, Figma, Google Workspace, Metalife, Notion, Data Studio, SQL, and Google Analytics. All members work from home (Hybrid, 2 days in the office per month). We value communication; like in the office, we use a virtual office through Metalife. Work hours are 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break. Daily stand-up meetings. All official regular and special non-working holidays are provided.
