Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Community Specialist Location: Hybrid Type: Full-time Country: Group PopStar What You Will Do: Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results). Oversee the KOL Onboarding Process: Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new KOLs, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company’s community and campaigns. Ensure that KOLs fully understand campaign objectives, content guidelines, and brand expectations. Resource Allocation and Training: Provide KOLs with necessary resources, tools, and training for a successful onboarding experience and effective partnership. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to guide KOLs through best practices, brand standards, and content creation processes. Liaison Between KOLs and Internal Teams: Act as the key point of contact between KOLs and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of KOLs into campaigns. Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to address KOL needs and queries. Documentation and Profile Management: Ensure that KOL profiles, contracts, and all required documentation are accurately completed, maintained, and kept up-to-date. Maintain organized records of all onboarding procedures and KOL-related information for easy reference. Issue Resolution and Support: Address any onboarding issues or concerns promptly, ensuring that KOLs receive the necessary support to resolve challenges during their early engagement phase. Provide continuous support to KOLs during their initial stages to foster strong relationships. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IMO team to evaluate and refine onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall onboarding efficiency and experience. Implement feedback and learnings into ongoing process enhancements. Community Engagement: Assist in nurturing a vibrant and engaged KOL community by facilitating regular communication and building long-term relationships. Participate in organizing events, workshops, or forums for KOLs to share insights and foster collaboration within the community. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key onboarding metrics, providing insights and data to improve onboarding strategies. Monitor KOL performance during their initial onboarding period and ensure alignment with campaign and brand goals. What You Need to Have: A degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Sales, PR, and Communications. 1-2 years of experience in the field of Influencer Marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible, agile, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Have a strong passion for startups. Resides in Metro Manila area only. Tools: Lark, MetaLife, Google Workspace, Google Analytics All members have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but also will do co-working session 2 days in a month. We are passionate about communication. In our office, we engage in virtual collaboration through MetaLife, a gamified virtual office platform.
