Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).

Video Editing: Edit engaging remix and creator videos using CapCut, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with current trends and best practices.

ASC Storyboarding: Develop creative and compelling storyboards for Always-on Short-form Content (ASC), capturing attention and driving engagement.

Shoot Assistance: Provide support during video shoots, collaborating with the team to achieve the desired creative vision.

Brainstorming & Conceptualization: Contribute fresh ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative TikTok content.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with Strategy, Influencer Marketing Operations, and Social Media Management teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Have?

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in CapCut video editing software, including knowledge of effects, transitions, and editing techniques.

Knowledge of TikTok with a deep understanding of the platform, its features, and current trends.

Strong conceptualization and creative thinking skills, with a knack for generating fresh and engaging ideas.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Google Suite.

Have a strong passion for Start-Ups.

Preferably from the NCR area.

Additional Information

All members have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with 2 coworking days per month in the NCR area.
