Modernization Sales Engineer

Responsibilities Identify and pursue modernization opportunities within existing customer portfolios and new prospects. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine modernization needs and scope. Prepare and present compelling proposals and technical solutions to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine modernization strategies. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or service sales in the construction or building solutions industry. Engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical Engineering) are highly preferred. Background in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Willing to travel and handle fieldwork; residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
