We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist who’s ready to make an impact and grow in a dynamic, fast‑paced workplace What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Support end‑users across desktop, applications, and networks Manage IT tickets efficiently using best‑in‑class tools Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and upscale issues when necessary Deliver top‑notch service and clear communication to internal clients What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of total BPO experience Minimum 2 years in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / Technical Support (under BPO or IT Shared Services) Bachelor’s degree in any Computer‑Related Technology Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with operating systems, desktop applications, and hardware setups Adaptable and enthusiastic about continuous learning Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
