Job DescriptionProject Planning & Execution
Define project planning, scope, goals, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, deliverables, and risk management; managing logistics-related projects such as warehouse expansion, transportation optimization, inventory system upgrades, and supply chain process improvements; develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion; lead kick-off meetings and regular status updates.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and project teams; collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leaders, operations, procurement, transportation, and IT to ensure project alignment; ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations; manage vendor coordination and communication related to logistics infrastructure or service upgrades.
Supervise project team members and assign responsibilities; provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve project issues or escalate to management when necessary; help ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies across projects.
Process Improvement
Analyze and optimize logistics processes (e.g., transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery); conduct root cause analysis for logistics challenges and support implementation of corrective actions; recommend and implement automation or technology solutions.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; prepare regular reports on project progress, dashboards, challenges and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders; maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress updates; organize and document meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably in logistics or warehousing; familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, or distribution systems; experience in Philippine logistics operations is an advantage; PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in project management tools and MS Office; strong time management and organizational skills.
