Responsibilities Reporting into regional leadership, the Project Director will be responsible for setting up and leading a local engineering team, driving project excellence, and ensuring alignment with global business standards. Key responsibilities include: Build and lead a local engineering and project execution team from the ground up Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects Provide leadership and direction for project management teams, defining priorities and allocating resources Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and project scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards Facilitate best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the department Manage departmental budgets and recovery rate targets Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment with corporate structures, reporting lines, and governance processes Promote a high-performance culture, ensuring staff development and team engagement Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement new strategies, tools, and processes Ensure compliance with company policies, directives, and safety standards Requirements We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic leader who combines technical competence with strong people and project management skills.
