Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with the bank’s cash agents and other stakeholders.The role also contributes in expanding relationships by identifying potential partnerships that can generate sales and business for the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long term relationship with existing partners and maximize the value of such partnership to the business
  • Identify potential partners and key contact to establish relationship and drive new business opportunity for the bank
  • Maintain and improve contractual engagement with digital partners while ensuring bank’s interests are protected
  • Perform monthly monitoring of cash agents and other partners’ performances, progress andprovide updates on activities, projects and system enhancements
  • Assist in resolving Cash Agentssystem concerns,
  • Research and analyze industry trends to determine ways to improve services, expand business and satisfy client needs
  • Proactively monitor and assess competitors to understand their strengths and weakness in comparison to the bank and find the gap where the bank needs to enhance or innovate

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Marketing or any business-related course
  • At least two (2) years work experience in therelated field is required
  • Knowledgeable in RelationshipManagement
  • Willing to work in Makati
