Responsibilities Actively reach out to ad agencies and production houses to introduce and promote the agency. Develop and nurture industry partnerships that lead to new casting opportunities. Maintain organized records of contacts and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication. Minimum Qualifications Prior experience in networking, outreach, or business development, ideally in the media or production industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic email and digital communication proficiency. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a knack for building and nurturing professional relationships.
