Job Description
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and assess recruitment strategies to effectively attract and secure top-tier talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, workforce planning, and talent acquisition leadership to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of staffing needs.
  • Analyze internal pay equity and recommend competitive salary offers for hiring manager approval.
  • Present and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Stay up to date with and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects assigned by leadership aimed at enhancing processes or addressing business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team and organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful TA Recruiter Should Have
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (required)ry.
  • Two to three years of Human Resource experience (required)
  • Broad working knowledge of all Human Resource functions; strong communication skills required and proficiency in using computers. (required)
  • Essential technical/motor skills include the use of a computer for typing correspondence, as well as the use of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment to complete job duties. (required)
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to positively relate to associates, vendors, applicants, and managers. (required)
  • Healthcare background and recruiting experience. (required)
