ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team at the Industrial Bank of Korea Manila Branch. This full-time position will be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an HR and Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations. What you'll be doing Assists the HR & Admin Department Head with all the daily operations of the HR and Admin. Assists in Administrating HR functions, including but not limited to: recruiting, attendance and leave management, compensation and benefits, Job Description Management, training management, ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management. Process monthly payroll of employees. Process Monthly Remittance Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation. (1601-C) Process Tax Annualization of employees (2316) Assists in processing 9G visa and other-related Immigration matters. Planning and implementation of employee engagement activities Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations. Knowledgeable in SEC, PDIC and DOLE compliance reports. Perform other HR and Administrative duties as assigned. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Preferably with Banking Industry experience. Familiar with Philippine Labor Law and other DOLE regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and well-organized Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive and positive attitude. Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills with the Head Office in Korea and the ability to thrive in a Korean-managed corporate environment.
