About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines core HR responsibilities—such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance—with administrative support functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Handle offer preparation, contract issuance, and onboarding for new hires. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records. Employee Relations & HR Operations Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and HR‑related concerns. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures and labor laws. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Support performance evaluation and disciplinary processes as needed. Administrative Support Manage office supplies, maintenance, and coordination with building administration or vendors. Support documentation, filing, and report preparation for HR and admin activities. Assist with company events, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks. Help ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with office regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in a BPO or multinational environment). Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
