HR SPECIALIST – EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE (EASTWOOD) Pay: Competitive Location: Quezon City/National Capital Region Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO ) company in the Philippines that provides dedicated remote staff and offshore staffing services. We specialise in providing staff of the highest quality who will continue to exceed your expectations ongoing. The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for overall execution of HR processes and systems such as but not limited to: onboarding, industrial relations, administration of compensation and benefits, facilitation of performance reviews, and organization of employee engagement programs and activities. The Human Resource Specialist will assist the Human Resource Manager in strategic Human Resource Planning, Project Management, and discussions amongst the team. Job Responsibilities On-boarding and Employee Movement: Prepares and conducts Job Offer. Orients the successful candidates on the pre-employment requirements and all necessary pre-employment procedures. Collects and compiles the pre-employment requirements and ensures safekeeping of 201 file. Maintains up-to-date and accurate HRIS data and 201 file safekeeping. Prepares and documents employee movement files, certification documents, organizational reports, and employment-related reports. Assists employees in availing government-mandated and company-initiated benefits. Facilitates employee engagement programs such as teambuilding, assemblies, year-end parties, and engagement surveys. Prepares disciplinary action documents and monitors issued actions such as written warnings. Performance Management and Industrial Relations: Facilitates employee engagement programs and other activities such as engagement surveys. Prepares disciplinary action documents and monitors issued actions such as written warnings and facilitates admin hearings. Assists, coordinates, monitors, and facilitates Performance Reviews. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred. At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR Practitioner. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through implementation and execution. Strong technical and analytical skills, problem-solving and resolution skills. Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks. Patient and passionate. Organized with online and physical files.
