Overview We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives. Manage email communications and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of tasks. Support meeting preparation — compile agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist with project coordination, reporting, and document management as required. Manage office-related administrative tasks and maintain efficient filing and record systems. Support general business operations and ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
