About the role We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and delivering successful advertising campaigns across various OOH platforms. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' advertising objectives are met through effective strategy, execution, and relationship management. What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of their OOH advertising campaigns Develop and implement creative, results-driven strategies to meet clients' marketing and business goals Negotiate and oversee the timely delivery of OOH advertising placements, ensuring flawless execution Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners Identify new business opportunities and assist in the pitch and onboarding process for new clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and innovative OOH advertising solutions What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the OOH advertising or media industry Strong understanding of the OOH advertising landscape, including various formats, media placement, and campaign planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven advertising campaigns that achieve client objectives Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial reporting Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field What we offer At RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION, we are committed to creating an engaging and supportive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
