About the role RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within our OOH advertising division. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts Managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiations Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the advertising and media industry Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver innovative OOH advertising solutions Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OOH advertising or media industry Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and driving sales growth Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and pitch to senior-level clients Strong understanding of the OOH advertising landscape, including market trends, media formats, and industry regulations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer data Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred What we offer At RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION, we are committed to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
