About the role

The RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within our OOH advertising division.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the advertising and media industry
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver innovative OOH advertising solutions
  • Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OOH advertising or media industry
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and driving sales growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and pitch to senior-level clients
  • Strong understanding of the OOH advertising landscape, including market trends, media formats, and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer data
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred
