About the role

RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION is seeking a talented and driven Site Acquisition Officer to join our vibrant Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Site Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our outdoor media presence by securing the ideal locations for our client's advertising campaigns. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and evaluate potential sites for OOH advertising placements, considering factors such as foot traffic, visibility, and competitor presence
  • Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and landlords to secure the best terms for our clients
  • Manage the site acquisition process from initial prospecting to contract finalisation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely deployment and installation of advertising assets
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, local authorities, and industry partners
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on the status of site acquisitions and the performance of our OOH advertising network

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related field within the advertising or media industry
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to secure favourable lease agreements
  • Strong understanding of the OOH advertising landscape, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and leverage insights to drive decision-making
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proven track record of finding creative solutions to complex challenges
