We're an insight-led, culture-driven creative agency, and we're looking for a 
Project-Based Account Manager
 who knows how to turn client goals into work that helps put brands right at the center of pop culture.

More than just managing timelines and budgets, this role is about being a trusted partner to clients, translating human insights into briefs, and helping our creative teams bring bold, culture-shaping ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  1. Champion the Client:
    Build strong relationships where you understand not just what clients ask for, but what their audiences truly need.
  2. Fuel the Work:
    Turn client challenges into sharp briefs and keep projects moving from first spark to final launch.
  3. Think Culture, Not Just Ads:
    Spot cultural moments, trends, and behaviors that can inspire ideas and give brands relevance.
  4. Collaborate Deeply:
    Work side by side with creatives, socials, and operations teams to craft campaigns that are as smart as they are impactful.
  5. Deliver:
    Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations, making sure the work is on point, insight-driven, and culture-powered.

What You Bring

  1. Prior experience in account management or client services within advertising, digital marketing, or a creative agency.
  2. Proven ability to balance client priorities with agency creativity.
  3. Curiosity for culture: You're tuned into what people are watching, sharing, and talking about.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills: You can translate insights and ideas into compelling stories.
  5. Organizational chops that keep projects smooth, on time, and on budget.
